Inflatables Day
Saturday 18th May 2024, 1-5pm. Bishop Road School field.
A hugely popular event for all the family. Join us for an afternoon of inflatables fun. There will be bouncy castles, obstacle courses and inflatable games. With music, a bar, tuck shop and ice-creams to enjoy. Bring along your picnic blanket and kick off the summer with an afternoon of great entertainment.
Tickets
- Tickets will only be sold online via the PTFA shop from 6pm on Tuesday 23 April.
- This was a sell-out event in previous years and numbers are limited, so buy early to avoid disappointment.
- Ticket sales will close at 9pm on Friday 10 May unless we sell out earlier.
For those families of children who are in receipt of Pupil Premium, please collect a free Inflatables wristband from the school office from Tuesday 23 April until Friday 10 May.
On the day
- Enter Bishop Road School Field via Fenton Road (on foot only).
- Physical tickets will not be issued in advance, but instead children will be ticked off a guest list on arrival and provided with a wristband to wear, which allows them on the inflatables.
- An emergency contact number must be written on the wristband and all children must be accompanied by an adult who remains on site throughout.
- We recommend wearing long sleeves, trousers/leggings and socks to prevent friction burns.
Reusable cups
Please bring along your reusable plastic cups/glasses
We are trying to reduce our plastic waste as much as possible so there will be no single use plastic glasses at the bar.
There will also be a number of Bishop Road cups to purchase on the day.
We need your help
There is a team in place busy preparing for this event, but we always welcome any help you can offer, whether you’d like to join the team or can offer some help on the day, supervising the inflatables, helping on the door, in the bar or the tuck shop.
