The next Christmas Cracker and Tree Sale will take place on Saturday 6th December 2025, 1-4pm

Collect or choose your tree, then join in the festive fun.

Christmas Cracker

The PTFA will again be running our Christmas Cracker event alongside this year’s tree sale. Stop off for a festive drink while the kids take part in some Christmas activities. No tree purchase necessary to join in the fun:

  • face painting
  • mulled wine & mince pies
  • kids’ hot chocolate
  • Christmas decoration-making

Christmas tree sale – Early bird discount!

Please note pre-orders have now closed.

New for 2025, we will now be offering the option of Norway Spruces as well as our usual Super Premium Nordmann Firs (non-pin drop) from Frenchay Forestry in three sizes. Sizes and pricing are as follows:

  • Medium: 150–175cm (5-6 ft) with a pre-order price of £34 (Norway Spruce) / £44 (Nordmann Fir)
  • Large: 175–200cm (6-7ft), with a pre-order price of £36 (Norway Spruce) / £50 (Nordmann Fir)
  • Extra Large: 200–250cm (7-8ft), with a pre-order price of £55 (only Nordmann Fir available in this size)

Pre-orders will close at midnight on 28th November. Trees purchased on the day of the Christmas Cracker will have a £2 premium added to the costs above.

How to buy a tree

  • Pre-order your tree online via the PTFA shop by midnight on 28th November, and benefit from our early bird discount. You can still pick up from the school on the day of the Cracker.
  • Or buy on the day – there are also usually plenty of trees still available. We’ll be accepting both cash and contactless payments
  • We have a netting machine so you can see your tree before you buy (all our netting is biodegradable too!)
  • Do encourage any friends who live locally to buy their tree from us – everyone is welcome

Helpers needed!

We need some strong helpers on the morning of the sale to help unload, sort and organise the trees. Please email michaelohales@gmail.com if you are available.

We’re also looking for volunteers to help run the Christmas Cracker stalls, we’ll be opening a sign-up rota in mid-November.
