Beginners Ball

Snorkels at the ready! Bishop Road PTFA would love to invite all Reception children (plus parents/carers) to the wonderful watery world of the Under The Sea Beginners Ball on Saturday 23 March.

The fancy dress ball will take plaice in the Edgar Hall, next to the Reception classrooms at:

RC & RK: 1:30 – 3:00pm
RF & RJ: 3:30 – 5:00pm

Here’s what to expect:

Deep Sea Disco
Aquatic Face Painting
Whaley Good Tuck Shop – cakes and fruit
Chill space for any children needing a break from the shoal
The Sand Bar: Serving soft and alcoholic drinks – card payments welcome

50p tokens for the tuck shop and face painting will be available to buy at the ball entrance.

Please bring your own refillable wine/pint/juice glass to help us limit single-use plastics. Bishop Road keep cups will also be on sale.

Tickets

Tickets will be on sale via the PTFA Shop from Monday 4th March until Wednesday 20th March.

There won’t be any physical tickets – we’ll take names when you place your order, and check against our list on the door.

The event is for Reception children, and with limited capacity in the hall, we ask parents/carers to try and find alternative arrangements for siblings if possible. If unavoidable please add an extra ticket for any siblings.

Pupil Premium

If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium, please pop into the school office to order their ticket.
